[Colour Book] Citadel Base: Daemonette Hide
Notes: This is not a review. I create this post for recording colour test on different base or surface
Daemonette Hide from Games Workshop, introduced at 2012, easy to use, good choice for subtle purple.
[Colour Book] Citadel Shade: Agrax Earthshade
Notes: This is not a review. I create this post for recording colour test on different base or surface
Agrax Earthshade is the new shade to replace the famous old washes, Devlan Mud. I've no experience with Devlan Mud so I couldn't compare this two. However, Agrax Earthshade is good for making some slurry effects on the model, and combine with some metallic base, it can make good rusty looks.
[Colour Book] Citadel Layer: Sycorax Bronze
Notes: This is not a review. I create this post for recording colour test on different base or surface.
Sycorax Bronze is one of the layer from the 145 Citadel new paint range.

Notes: This is not a review. I create this post for recording colour test on different base or surface.
Kantor Blue from Citadel 2012 new paint range, under category of Base, said to replace Necron Abyss, let's see how it doing.
[Colour Book] Citadel Colour: Tin Bitz
Notes: This is not a review. I create this post for recording colour test on different base or surface.
Tin Bitz is one of my favourite paint from Citadel Colour, but too bad it has been discontinued and replaced by Warplock Bronze, I haven't got my hand on Warplock Bronze yet, but I'll grab any single pot of Tin Bitz if I ever see one on the rack anyway.
Maya-Dom, The Space Marine
Born at the end of days, I named this purple-eyes Space Marine after Maya's calenders to remember my first try on metal built.
[Colour Book] Citadel Colour: Shining Gold
Notes: This is not a review. I create this post for recording colour test on different base or surface.
The Shining Gold from previous paint range (72 colours) has been discontinue at March, 2012. Games Workshop has replace it with Gehenna's Gold.
[Colour Book] Citadel Technical: Imperial Primer
Notes: This is not a review. I create this post for recording colour test on different base or surface.
Imperial Primer is one of the new Technical paints introduced by Games Workshop this March, it is a hand brushes primer. The paint contains high concentration of pigment.
One thing I've recover from practice is, the Imperial Primer can be layers on metallic surface, it works like shade that it can tint down the metallic, but also covering the surface more even than shades.
Red Warrior, The Space Marine
Green Melon, The Space Marine
My first painted miniature, the Space Marine from Warhammer 40,000 Starter Set. Took me 2 days on-and-off, first time washing, first time dry brushes, result of trials and errors. Never imaging that I can handle something tiny like this.
How To Paint Citadel Miniatures
So, everything got to start from a little sparks. After years of Gunpla modelling, I've decided to give miniatures a try. All and all it starts from Citadel Paints, which I really like to work with, and I have came across some miniature informations when I look into the new 145 paints range of Citadel Paints 2012. I've never wash or dry brush anything before, pretty new on hand brushing techniques. So I bought myself the "How To Paint Citadel Miniatures" and hoping I can learn something on it.
